Reliance Metalcenter – Union City, CA recognizes that, from time to time, customers may require that finished product be maintained in storage on Reliance Metalcenter’s premises for a period of time past the release or pick-up date stated on the order acknowledgement. In such cases, a storage fee will apply to:

• finished product not picked up within thirty (30) days of due date noted on the Reliance Metalcenter sales order acknowledgement; and
• finished product not picked up within thirty (30) days of release date, noted by email acknowledgment, including pick up by freight forwarder.

The storage fee for such finished product is as follows:

• $5,000 flat rate, per month, for material weight totaling under 50,000 lbs.
• $0.10/lb. additional charge for each pound exceeding 50,000 lbs.
• Orders not picked up within 6 months of scheduled due date and/or release date will be charged the full order amount, monthly in advance, until shipped.

Storage fees will be invoiced and paid in advance on a monthly basis and will not be pro-rated. Reliance Metalcenter reserves the right to decline storage services at any time.
